🩺 Personal Injury

We handle a wide variety of personal injury claims. Our work is assessed for likelihood of success — if accepted, we act on a No Win No Fee basis.

No Win No Fee
You pay nothing if your claim is unsuccessful
You receive 100% of your compensation.
Unlike most firms, we do not make any deductions from your damages — whatever offer you accept, you receive in full.
A one-off admin/setup fee of £50 + VAT is payable at the outset. All other fees are recovered from the other side if your claim succeeds.
Types of claims we handle:

1 🏛️ Litigation — Fee Information
Litigation costs depend heavily on the specific facts of your matter, the conduct of the other side, and whether proceedings are ultimately necessary. Until we have had the opportunity to discuss your situation with you, it is not possible to give a meaningful costs estimate.
Our Hourly Rate
Hourly rate£200–£280 + VAT per hour
Depending onExperience & seniority of solicitor
Admin / setup fee£50 + VAT
Court feesVary by claim value & track
Important — costs recovery and track allocation: The costs you can recover from the other side depend on the value and complexity of your claim and which court track it is allocated to.
  • Small Claims Track (typically claims up to £10,000) — fixed costs apply, meaning you may recover very little of your legal fees even if you win. This is an important consideration in lower-value claims.
  • Fast Track / Multi-Track (higher value or complex claims) — broader costs recovery is possible, though never guaranteed.
  • We will always discuss costs recovery with you at your first appointment before any work begins.
Before launching into litigation, we will always explore alternative dispute resolution (ADR) such as mediation or round-table meetings — this can often resolve matters more quickly and cost-effectively, without the stress and expense of court proceedings.

Litigation — Fee Information

Hourly rate: £200–£280 + VAT per hour, depending on the experience and seniority of the solicitor involved.

Timescales: Litigation matters typically take between 6–12 months to resolve. Matters settled early through negotiation or ADR may conclude sooner; contested matters proceeding to trial may take longer.

Costs recovery: The amount recoverable from the other side depends on the track your matter is allocated to. Claims up to £10,000 are typically allocated to the Small Claims Track where fixed costs apply and recovery of legal fees is very limited — this is a key factor in lower-value claims. We will discuss this fully at your first appointment.

ADR: Before commencing court proceedings we will always explore alternative dispute resolution (mediation, round-table meetings) — this can often resolve matters at a fraction of the cost.

Next step: Please call us on 01492 588200 to arrange your free 30-minute initial consultation, after which we will provide a clear and tailored costs estimate.
