Lockdown important information

As we move into a new period of tighter restrictions, we would like to ask for your help to ensure we can operate safely whilst still providing our first class service.

Our office in Llandudno Junction remains locked with urgent appointments only. If we agree to an appointment you will need to phone us when you arrive so that we can see you in the car park. Face masks will be worn, social distancing observed, track and trace procedures followed, and sanitation requirements met. Where appointments can be deferred until after 9th November then please give due consideration to deferring.

Please communicate via email or telephone where possible and avoid sending documents via the postal system unless originals are required. We will primarily be working from home but can answer the office phone and route calls in the same way as if we were in the office. We will still be working hard answering your emails in the same way as always.

Please use Law Connect to upload documents where you have already created an account. If you do not have a Law Connect account with us, please let us know and we will send you instructions on how to create an account. With Law Connect you can view documents securely that we share with you, upload documents to us and see your account balance with us.

When paying for our services please pay via BACS if possible, we can also take credit or debit card payments via our website, you will receive details of how to pay in your invoice. Cash and cheques should be avoided if possible.

Where we need to verify your ID, we will use video conferencing in the form of Zoom; Teams or Whatsapp whichever is easier for you. We will need to see you with two original forms of ID one of which needs to have your photo on such as a passport and one confirming your address such as a utility bill or driving licence.

If you are in the process of moving home, the regulations state that only essential moves can be made for example if you would be made homeless or you have already exchanged contracts. Other house moves should be arranged for a date after 9th November. Please call us if you need further guidance.

We are doing everything that we possibly can to protect you as our clients and our team, however, please rest assured that we will continue to provide the full range of services if somewhat differently at times.
