Nelson Myatt Solicitors is seeking an ambitious, motivated and enthusiastic Commercial Conveyancer to join our busy and growing team in Llandudno Junction.

We are a friendly, dynamic and client-focused law firm providing legal services across North Wales and beyond. Our areas of practice include family law, divorce and financial matters, civil litigation, wills and probate, residential and commercial conveyancing, personal injury and employment.

The role

You will run a varied caseload of commercial property matters, working closely with our Head of Conveyancing and wider team. The work includes:

• Sales, purchases and leases of commercial property
• The buying and selling of businesses
• Reporting to clients in clear, practical terms, and keeping them informed throughout
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Managing your files and progressing cases from instruction to completion
• Meeting compliance and regulatory requirements

About you

You must be qualified (as a solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or licensed conveyancer) and have commercial property experience, including business leases. You will also have:

• Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail
• A proactive, professional and client-focused approach
• Commercial awareness
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The ability to satisfy the Solicitors Regulation Authority's character and suitability requirements, where applicable

Experience of dealing directly with clients, and of the LEAP case management system, is desirable.

Where you'll work

Suite 6, Conwy Business Centre, Junction Way, Llandudno Junction, Conwy LL31 9XX. You can work remotely, but we would expect you to be able to attend the office at least once a week.
